Grief and Trauma Support: Herbs are Here and Near.

Turning to herbs during times of suffering is as ancient as humans in distress and we still see flowers and leaves adorning spaces of grief.  Flowers share a transformative and higher vibration with us, just being in their presence but also their energy can heal when utilized as a flower essence or herbal tea.

To suffer is human, how we respond by utilizing plant medicine is our birthright and power.

Plant Medicine offers emotional support to the mind, heart, body, spirit, and energy as we navigate through the processes of grief and healing. Come be one with the landscape on the shore of Seneca Lake and National Forest. This is a continuation of the class taught at Earth Medicine on Saturday, June 1st.  We will infuse flowers into the flower essence if the sun appears or steep tea with the Earth's offerings if rains pour down. We will let Nature guide this session while we explore grief and trauma with herbal supports and plant medicine-guided release.  Bring a clear glass mason jar with a lid, and a blanket.  Before and after intensive activities include swimming, sharing food, music, and fire.
