I will assist in your understanding of medications, herbs, and supplements you may already take and help you develop an herbal and supplement regimen customized to your health goals. Always providing information on any interactions, up to date research, expert opinion and./ or traditional uses of the customized daily herbal regimen. I am willing to review labs from your doctors to help you understand what the results mean to your health. And if concerns arise I will refer you back to your doctor when needed.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds for scheduled consultations, as Kara’s availability is limited. May reschedule if 7 days in advance or an emergency comes up less than 1 week.
