Kara provides education on the herbs, nutritional supplements, and medications you may already be taking, offering guidance on potential interactions, the latest research, traditional uses, and expert recommendations. Together, you will co-create a tailored daily herbal routine and receive lifestyle suggestions that align with your health objectives. Additionally, Kara will help you understand lab results and medical testing from your healthcare providers, offering clarity on what the results mean for your health. If further evaluation is needed, she will refer you back to your doctor for additional care. As a mentor for healthcare providers and herbalists pursuing American Herbalist Guild accreditation, Kara’s consultations also contribute to the training of the next generation of herbal professionals. Occasionally, 1-3 trainees may observe your session for educational purposes.
