Service Description

Clinical Herbal Therapy consultation for all clients who need a sliding scale to receive herbal health care from Kara. Your participation will be a part of an educational program to train healthcare providers in herbal therapeutics and herbalists in clinical herbal therapy. This option is to help make the consultations and education more financially accessible to clients. During this consultation, students of the Herb Therapy Training Program will observe the consultation. The students have agreed to the strictest confidentiality and will not record or share any identifying information about your health. Clinical means offering insight into your medical conditions. I will assist in your understanding of medications, herbs, and supplements you may already take and help you develop an herbal and supplement regimen customized to your health goals. Always providing information on any interactions, up-to-date research, expert opinion and./ or traditional uses of the customized daily herbal regimen. I am willing to review labs from your doctors to help you understand what the results mean to your health. And if concerns arise I will refer you back to your doctor when needed.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds for scheduled consultations, as Kara’s availability is limited. May reschedule if 7 days in advance or an emergency comes up less than 1 week. Please send an email to kara.apothekara@gmail.com or text 607-288-2189 notifying me before the consultation. Otherwise, all consultations are final sales.
